Danielson Named Senator of the Year
Senator Jeff Danielson (Dem. – Cedar Falls) was presented with the Associated General Contractors of Iowa (AGCI) 2009 Senator of the Year Award at the AGCI annual convention held in January in
Des Moines. AGCI recognized Senator Danielson for his leadership and commitment to public infrastructure funding and his recognition of the road construction industry’s role it plays in Iowa’s economic recovery. Over 800 people attended the event.
The AGCI is a trade organization made up of 400 members firms and their 14,000 employees engaged in highway, bridge and municipal/utility construction.
